UAE DELIVERY
Free delivery on all orders
Deliveries within UAE take 1-2 working days
All orders received before 2 pm will be delivered on the 2nd Day

GCC DELIVERY (SAUDI ARABIA, KUWAIT, QATAR, OMAN AND BAHRAIN)
Free delivery for all orders above USD 95
For Orders below USD 95, the delivery charges are USD 14
Deliveries to GCC take 3-5 working days subjected to customs clearance

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Free delivery for all orders above USD 135
For orders below USD 135, the delivery charges are calculated at checkout
International shipping is processed by DHL and takes 3-5 working days subjected to customs clearance
Shipping charges are non-refundable

• Wash inside out with similar colors
• Wash on low temperature, no more than 30 degrees
• Wash on a gentle setting
• Wash by hand if possible
• Do not tumble dry

• To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in perfect sellable condition (unworn, with the tag on and placed in its packaging).
• Socks, Yoga mats, and swimwear are non-returnable.
• Please note you can only exchange an item once.
• Once exchanged, the item cannot be returned. Items bought on sale are final and cannot be exchanged.
• We have a 7-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please allow 3-5 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
• For orders placed in the UAE, we will arrange for collection of the returned items. The collection fees will be paid by the customer before the collection, and the fee is AED 30 for each return. In case of a refund, the fees will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. For international shipments (outside UAE), customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.
• We will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges and any customs, duties, taxes, or additional fees that may have applied to your order) upon receiving your return.
• The customer can choose a credit coupon to be redeemed on ikasuofficial.com or a refund. The credit coupons will be issued 48 hours from the day we receive and inspect the returned items; and the refund will be processed 2 weeks after receiving the items, as per our payment cycles.

• You can now start a return by emailing us at returns@ikasuofficial.com.

• Once you have received a reply from us, please pack up the items you’d like to return.
• If you are in the UAE, the courier company will get in touch with you to arrange for the return.
• If you are outside the UAE, please arrange for the return. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.
• IKASU is not responsible for any lost returns.

• All items marked “Sale” are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
• Sale items are non-refundable.

• Your order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed.
